When she got into corporate no job excited her. She took a gap of 1 year in which she faced depression as all of her friends got settled in life but she was doing nothing.

When she and her sister were cleaning the foot rack at that time they separated the footwear which they did not want to wear anymore. At that time Malvica said that the condition of these shoes are good and She painted two of those bellies. When she went to college after wearing that everyone complimented her for footwear.

He agreed to Vineeta’s statement as she will make this brand something big. He feels that Vineeta understands more of this industry so he will be happy to join in her offer.
Now Vineeta Singh and Anupam Mittal are joined and their offer is Rs 20 Lakhs for 20% of Equity and Rs 15 Lakhs as Debt.

Anupam Mittal and Vineeta Singh made a new offer
In the new offer, they offered Malvica 35 Lakhs as funding in exchange for 25% Equity.
She offered a counteroffer for 23% Equity and Anupam Mittal reduced to 24%.
