AI Kavanch is an Artificial intelligence-powered, Patented, and multi-award-winning solution that Protects users from Fraudulent Calls and fraudulent Websites, and Detects Fraudulent Apps, Messages, and Apps with excessive sensitive permissions. They are now going to ex[and on the upi and credit card fraud detection.
AI Kavach was launched in Sep 2023, They have 20K Subscribers, and 1500 Paid users, and successfully caught 200 Fake messages and frauds.

About the founder – Pratyusha Vemuri Venkata
Pratyusha Vemuri Venkata is the founder of Panoplia – AI Kavach. She did her bachelor’s in Computer Networks and pursued a master’s in Computer Security.
She was an ex-head of Security at Microsoft, and in the last 20 years, she has been staying in the United States. Later she joined Cisco and then in multiple companies, last in Microsoft.
She moved to India in 2021, and when she ordered a swing from an online website at that time she got scammed coming from a security background she checked all the basic measures like SSL, Contact information, and a lot more but then she felt that if she can get scammed then anyone else can also face the same.
AI Kavach asks for funding in Shark Tank 2024
AI Kavach wants to make every click of the user on the Internet safe and secure. They have asked for funding of Rs 50 Lakhs for 1.25% Equity at a valuation of Rs 40 Crores.

Aman offered Rs 50 Lakhs for 4% Equity at the valuation of 12.25 Crores.

She has a different vision and appreciates Pratyusha. She suggested finding a customer proposition and for this reason, she is out.

She feels that Pratyusha is building something great and Aman can help her more in building what she wants to do. For this reason, she is out.

Pratyusha came back with a revised offer in which She asked Rs 50 Lakhs at 1.25% Equity + 1.25% Equity for the Advisory Committee to Peyush Bansal, and Rs 50 Lakhs at 1.25% Equity + 1.25% Equity for the advisory committee to Aman Gupta.
However, She took Rs 1 Crore for 2.5 Equity + 2.5% Advisory Equity.
